Monthly Peer Learning Webinars
The churches of the Nashville Baptist Association, though ministering in the same relative geographical area, each have their own distinct culture and skills. By identifying these differences and strengths, churches can grow in areas of comparative weakness.
Beginning in January 2023, the Nashville Baptist Association will host a monthly peer learning webinar in which a church leader with a particular area of expertise and experience will help grow the skill set of the other leaders in the association. These webinars are meant to be educational and practical in nature, and will include a takeaway resource to help in implementing the skill.
